" I highly recommend Hot Springs eWheels. They made me feel both comfortable and confident in my purchase choice. They were accommodating in scheduling a test drive of the Lectric XP4. They graciously facilitated the ordering and delivery of my ebike and all its accessories. I had already done some research before going there, and was happy and relieved when there was no high pressure sales pitch to purchase either the bike or any of its accessories. Kristy shared additional resources and made suggestions to further enhance my experience as a novice ebike rider by thoroughly answering my many questions before, during, and after purchase. They've been a delight and I'm happy I worked with them on this purchase."--Jeannett, Hot Springs, SD

" Was reviewing ebikes when I ran across this website that actually allowed us to ride a couple Lectric ebikes in Hot Springs.  We live in Rapid City and on a Saturday night sent an email to Kristy who gladly accepted us to come ride on a Sunday.  After riding two different ebikes, we purchased both - this wasn’t a hard sell as they were easy to learn and ride.  We have had these bikes for a couple weeks now and have proved their worth on a dirt/road bike path.  These ebikes offer effortless control with PAS and throttle control.  We made a GREAT purchase! "--Kevin, Rapid City, SD

"Hot Springs eWheels were very knowledgeable of the Lectric eBikes. And a pleasure to do business with! We went to look at the trike and ended up buying two XP4 bikes. I recommend everyone to go there to check out the ebikes"--Terry and Sharon Starke, Alliance, NE
